Are there age limits for renting a car from Athens Rent a Car?
The minimum age is 23 years old, with a driver’s license issued at least one year ago. This applies to vehicle categories A, B, C1, Cd, D, D2, D4, Dd, E1, E2 J, J1 and J2. For all others, they must be over 25 years old and their driving license must have been issued at least 3 years ago.
At the same time, the driver must have a Greek, European or International driving license.
What documents do I need to have with me to pick up the vehicle?
All you need to bring with you is a valid driver’s license.
Can only I drive the car I will rent?
Athens Rent a Car gives you the option of additional drivers both for your safety and for a more comfortable drive. But please let us know when you pick up the vehicle.
How is payment made?
The advance payment can be made by depositing into a bank account, credit card, or PayPal. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. ARAMIS accepts the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard. VAT is included in the prices for all car rentals in Athens and Attica.
What is included with the car rental?
The rental includes the following:
- Security to third parties
- Theft and fire safety
- Mixed insurance with exemption
Of course, the insurance is valid on the condition that the renter has not violated the Road Traffic Code.
